I am absolutely beyond excited to win the diversity, inclusion and leadership award for Familia Fitness tonight at the QPRC business awards night.

I am so proud of my hard working team of trainers that are so caring and nurturing to our clients. This award it a true testament to them and their approach to training everyone from all different walks of life.

We are not like normal gyms, in fact we say we are the place you go when you want to feel welcomed and supported but do not like regular gyms. And this award tonight is every bit of evidence that our values and mission is heading in the right direction.

Thank you so much to my team, QPRC, and most of all my incredible clients that keep coming back week after week. We love you so much.
