A beautiful evening last night The Salon CBR guiding participants through a Sacred Sensuous Sound Journey ✨

An invitation to return to presence within the body. To reconnect with the internal systems and organs, awaken our innate sensuous nature, and come into deeper relationship with the heart.

Through sound, stillness and full-body awareness, we explored pleasure as an expansion of love. Not something to consume or attain, but something that can move through us as an expression of aliveness, connection and feminine radiance 🌹

We softened into a more gentle, luxurious internal space, allowing stagnant energy and held tension to move, so that the body could feel more open, spacious and receptive.

And from that place, we explored what it means to let our own feminine essence radiate outward, not as performance, but as a gift of nourishment, presence and healing to the world around us 🌏

The evening closed with a beautiful women’s circle, herbal tea and time to reflect on what had moved through each of us.

I am absolutely delighted to be hosting the monthly Sound Healing Journey Red Shed Resets

This is truly a special location and community that gathers here…

During the winter months, we arrive as the sun is setting and settle in close to the New Moon. As the sound bath begins, the last light of day washes the sky in beautiful colours beyond the windows. By the time the journey is complete, darkness has fallen and the stars are visible overhead.

There is something quite magical about lying back, immersed in sound, and watching the sky transition from sunset to starlight.

While Sinuhe’s rhythmic entrainment carried people into deep meditative states 🪘🥁

I worked within the energetic field, supporting the release of stagnant patterns, calming the nervous system, and opening up the channels for deeper connection, insight, and healing ✨

As the journey unfolded, we gradually moved into harmonic soundscapes, allowing the system to reorganise, rebalance, and gently integrate after travelling deep within.

It was a beautiful afternoon of rhythm, sound, presence, and transformation.

Wielding this kind of energetic power comes with a profound spiritual responsibility.

"Force can bring about conformity, but only power can bring about transformation."

In Power vs. Force by Dr. David Hawkins, there is a profound distinction made between these two energies.

Force always creates a counter-force; it requires effort, strains, and eventually exhausts itself.
Power, on the other hand, moves nothing, yet stands completely still and alters everything.

Power originates from the heart, operating through grace, compassion, and gentleness.

I am deeply humbled by these beautiful words. To guide a soul back into their natural alignment—where force ends and true power begins—is a great honour of my life. 🙏✨

As I walked across this sea of yellow autumn colours I was mesmerised!

I asked ChatGpt to write a poem about my picture… not bad Chat!

🍁 The last days of autumn
and the earth is covered in gold.

Leaves scattered like fragments of sunlight,
soft beneath my feet,
returning quietly
to the ground that carried them.

The trees do not cling
to what is already leaving.

They release with grace,
without sorrow,
without trying to hold
one more season than they were meant to.

And perhaps there is wisdom in this.

To let ourselves empty
when it is time.
To trust the turning.
To understand that even in falling,
there is beauty.

We were lucky enough to attend the Canberra Symphony Orchestra the last two evenings taking inspiration from their program ‘Sea and Stars’ in the 2026 Llewelyn Series.

Underpinned by the theme of Life Force from the poem ‘Stream of Life’:

‘It is the same life that is rocked in the ocean - cradle of birth and of death, in ebb and in flow’

~ Rabindranath Tagore

Debussy’s ‘La Mer’ captures that sense of ebb and flow, the constant flux of the sea. Debussy conceived the work as a set of three musical sketches - musical pictures.
