’Flight of the Bogong Moths’

The Bogong moth begins its life as a caterpillar across inland Australia before emerging in spring as an adult moth and making an extraordinary journey of up to 1,000 kilometres south to the Australian Alps.

Flying mainly at night, it navigates by the stars, travelling towards the cool mountains where thousands gather together in dark rock caves and crevices to rest through the summer heat.

When the seasons change, the moths leave the mountains and fly north again to their breeding grounds, completing an ancient seasonal cycle of journey, refuge, return and renewal.

A beautiful reflection on how what lives within us is expressed through the smallest ways we move, feel, speak and meet the world.

Sound Healing through rhythm and vibration 🪘🥁

Feeling the vibrations of the drum directly over the body, while also being transmitted through the wooden floor.

✨ Gently slowing the brainwaves and guiding you into deeper states of meditation.

Through this process, your own inherent rhythm is awakened, allowing the body to move into a responsive engagement that can evoke memory, movement, release, and a sense of enlivenment within the cells.

The fundamental principles of working with frequency and sound healing begin with dissonance and resonance, terms drawn from music yet deeply relevant to the body.

Dissonance reflects tension, fragmentation, or incoherence within the system.

Resonance speaks to harmony, alignment, and natural order.

Through the application of sound and frequency, the body is offered a reference point. And through sympathetic resonance, it begins to reorganise itself.

This is the essence of sound healing. A precise and intelligent process that supports the body in returning to its inherent state of coherence.

Curious about how this actually works?
Read the full article on the blog, where I explore the relationship between sound, resonance and the body’s natural capacity for healing.

Soul Contract Readings - I invite you to explore this powerful new offering with me.

Have you ever wondered what the purpose of your life is?

Are you curious to discover the blueprint beneath your internal reality, and external manifestations?

When I had my own Soul Contract Reading, something shifted in me at a core level.

✨The challenges in my life suddenly made sense.

✨Strengths I had never seen as special were revealed as powerful gifts.

✨ And years of shame melted away in the light of this profound perspective.

I was so amazed by how accurately the reading revealed the inner workings of my life that I spent the following 2 years deeply immersed in studying the Sounds of Creation, the core frequencies, and energy patterns that shape our human experience.

The sound of your name contains within it, the Sounds of Creation.
Each sound represents a different aspect of existence.
The sound of your name is your identity.
And your Soul Contract decodes these sounds into your Physical and Spiritual realities, while here on the Earth plane.
