30th May 🤍
World MS Day is a global day dedicated to raising awareness, sharing stories, and supporting those living with Multiple Sclerosis.
Three years ago, my life changed in a way I never saw coming.
I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
And if I’m honest the version of me back then thought strength looked very different to what it does now.
MS has taught me things I didn’t ask to learn
how to slow down,
how to listen to my body,
how to honour my energy instead of pushing past it.
It’s an invisible illness.
One that doesn’t always make sense.
One that looks different for every single person living with it.
But here’s what I know now,
three years in strength isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s in the quiet choices.
The rest.
The boundaries.
The days you keep going, even when no one else can see the weight you’re carrying.
This day is about awareness, yes but it’s also about compassion, education, and support for every person navigating life with MS in their own way.
If you’re living with MS, you’re not alone 🤍
And if you’re here learning, supporting, or simply witnessing—thank you.
