Healing doesn’t feel like a glow up at first.
It feels like everything falling apart.

The things you used to tolerate, you can’t anymore.
The patterns you ignored, you see them everywhere.
The relationships that felt “fine” suddenly feel heavy.

Healing can feel like it makes your life worse, before it makes it better.
Because you can no longer lie to yourself.

You feel more.
You see more.
You outgrow more.

And that space in between
where nothing fits the way it used to
is where most people turn back.

But this is the work.
Not the pretty, aesthetic version.
The raw, uncomfortable, life-altering kind.

If everything feels messy right now
