Many young people find it hard to know how to navigate and search for jobs. Some find it hard once they have a job to understand work communication and politics and they might not understand their rights at work.

At the Easy Read Toolbox we now have work coaches. They are experienced at understanding the needs of young people, as they are not only qualified trainers, but they have children themselves who they have assisted.

For $500 you get three one-on-one coaching sessions and a workbook.

Our coaches have years of experience and have helped many young people find jobs, build confidence, and succeed. They are approachable and understand the challenges that young people can face when making decisions around employment, work and training.

If you have a diagnosis that makes things harder, or you’re just feeling stuck, we’ve got your back. We focus on your strengths and help you set goals that make sense for you.
