Stage 1: complete.

We’ve opened up the gym floor at Reset Fyshwick and rearranged the layout to make it more spacious and functional.
Strength, conditioning and free weights now each have their own room to work.
The coffee machine is back in the gym too, complimentary for members.

Gym membership: $25/week. No joining fee.

Next up is Stage 2,
expanding the gym further and adding 24/7 virtual reformer Pilates. We’re aiming to start soon, with work continuing over the next few months.

We are back on track with our renovations at Fyshwick with stage 1 of our gym expansion now complete 💪

Just removing one wall has really opened up the space, this has made us even more excited for the next stage where we will be adding more strength equipment, more cardio equipment and of course adding our virtual reformer pilates 🙌

A massive shout out to our legend Josh for taking everyone on a tour of our new Fyshwick recovery facility! From chatting with the team (and plenty of members 😅) to checking out the red light bed, compression, infrared saunas, ice baths, magnesium spa and our epic contrast space, he pretty much covered it all.

Recovery is just as important as the work you put in on game day. 💪🏼🦘

After a big weekend of footy, a few of our women’s players hit RESET on Sunday to recharge, while a big group of our men’s squad headed to Reset Strength & Recovery tonight for a well-earned recovery session.

A huge thank you to the team at RESET CANBERRA for looking after the Roos and helping keep them fresh and ready for the weeks ahead. We really appreciate your support of the Roos! 💙🤍
