As the longest night of the year settles into memory, our hearts are full of gratitude.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Sunday for the Transmute Breathwork Winter Solstice Ceremony. Thank you for bringing your courage, your vulnerability, your presence, and your willingness to journey into the depths and honour the dark turning and returning of the light. What a trip to bring a little ceremony and ritual to the heart of the CBD.

Winter Solstice invites us to pause, reflect, and honour both the darkness and the returning light. Together we created an intentional container for release, remembrance, renewal, connection and stillness.

A special thank you to our incredible team of Canberra Breathwork facilitators who so generously gifted their time, presence, skill, and compassionate hearts to support this community gathering. This event was only possible because of people willing to show up in service, hold space with care, and contribute to something larger than themselves. Your dedication, warmth, and generosity helped create a safe and nurturing environment.

Join Bam, Cam , Gangsta and an incredible crew of mentors for five days of campfire songs, storytelling, wild adventures, deep connection and simple living beneath the blue skies and star-filled nights of the Budawang wilderness .

A tribe journey for families ready to re-enchant life together.

This is more than a camp.
It’s a chance to remember how to belong:
to the land,
to community,
and to ourselves.

Huge thank you to the delicious whole hearted women who joined last night's annual Womb Weaving Breathwork Ceremony.

What an hour to be in the presense of women craving to make a change to how they relate to their own bodies and the deeper currents of what our wombs represent and are capable of.

I witnessed everyday women, turning towards their pain, disconnection and grief with the purpose of feeling and loving the unloved parts of themselves.

Why?

I believe on a gut level they know that we feel it to heal it and that it is not just their own personal stories they seek to repair but they own deep down this work is for us, including those still to come.

Thank you to all who showed up. I am in awe of you all and this common ground we fight for.

REWILD YOUR CHILD: AUTUMN CAMPS

These camps form a living, breathing village... a village made up of many hands, many hearts and many voices. The kind of village built from muddy feet, open hearts, shared meals, deep breaths, Dingoe howls, fireside stories, belly laughs, geniune care, shared songs and beautifully messy moments in between.

The Bluegum Bushcraft Rewild Your Child program is never something we “run” alone. It’s something we 'become' together.

To every human who showed up and wove themselves into this living, breathing tapestry… thank you. For your care, your presence, your willingness to lean in, to contribute, to hold, to play, to listen, to learn, to share.

This kind of community practice is a quiet kind of magic… simple at its core, yet layered and alive in its unfolding. Always shifting, constantly growing and built on mutual respect, care and grit.

Deep gratitude to the land that holds us during these camps… the tree guardians, the whiispering river, the creatures seen and unseen… and to the custodians of this part of the Yuin Nation who have cared for these lands for countless generations.

These camps are a remembering.
A returning and a great turning.
This is the work of connection, reciporcal relationship and hearfelt repair.
