I am very excited to share that I have received my certification in Root Cause Therapy.

I have spent alot of time studying and practicing this modality, spending many weekends doing not much else.

I am so grateful for the people who have helped and supported me along the way including those who have volunteered their time and become vulnerable as they allowed me to practice on them.

Over the past 6 weeks, I’ve been dedicating time to practising Root Cause Therapy as I work towards my upcoming certification.

One of the most rewarding parts has been working with my practice clients and witnessing the shifts, insights and progress they’ve made along the way.

I’ve loved seeing how looking beneath the surface can open up new perspectives and create meaningful change.

I’m so grateful to everyone who has trusted me to practise with them and share this journey.

Certification is getting closer, and I’m excited to continue expanding the work I offer.

I am looking for 1-2 people who would like to help me complete my Root Cause Therapy Certification.

I would need you for 2-3 sessions each lasting approx 2hrs and 1-2 weeks apart.

Root-Cause Therapy helps you find and heal the original event, belief, or emotion that’s creating the pattern you’re stuck in — whether that’s anxiety, self-sabotage, chronic pain, grief, or something else.
Most therapies focus on the symptoms or keep you in the story. RCT works at the unconscious level — where the real programming lives — so you can release what’s been stored in your body and nervous system, and finally move forward.

Bubblegum and Milkshake

As well as giving my first Root Cause Therapy session on the weekend I also was very lucky to receive one.

Before a session the practitioner sits within themselves and listens to their intuition for a word or message about the coming session. My very beautiful practitioner couldn’t understand the message she received for me

She said to me, this makes no sense to me but all I got was bubblegum and milkshake. I ignored it but nothing else came.

I laughed ‘ I know exactly what that means!’

It means I need to have more fun and play in my life.

So here I am in my lunch break having a milkshake. Spearmint flavour 💚
