💙 💙 Great News for Support at Home Participants!

From 1 October 2026, personal care services delivered under the Support at Home Program, including assistance with showering, dressing, grooming and continence support, will be fully funded under the Clinical Care category for eligible participants.

This means these important services will no longer require participant contributions once the changes take effect.

Personal care plays a vital role in supporting health, independence, dignity and overall wellbeing, and this funding change recognises the importance of these everyday supports.

Please note that current contribution arrangements will continue until 1 October 2026.

🌟 What a fantastic day at the North Lakes Seniors Expo! 🌟

Our Care to Care team has loved meeting so many wonderful people, sharing information, answering questions, and having meaningful conversations about how we can support older Australians to live independently and confidently at home.

It’s been inspiring to connect with members of our community, hear their stories, and discuss the many ways aged care services can make a positive difference in everyday life.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand today. We look forward to continuing these conversations and helping more people navigate their aged care journey with confidence.

We’re inviting community members to come along for a relaxed morning tea and learn more about how to access support through Support at Home and the NDIS.

Not sure where to start? Feeling confused about the process? Looking for a new provider? We’re here to help.
