Our participants have been loving their time with the animals recently, and so have the animals! From hands-on care to plenty of cuddles, it’s been so lovely seeing everyone get involved, build confidence and enjoy these special moments, especially with the weather warming up!

The Farm is seeking donations! 🌱🌟

We’re looking for donations to help with our animals and the activities we run at The Farm. This could be anything from animal food and toys to craft supplies, woodworking materials, cooking supplies or anything else you think we could put to good use.

Big or small, it all helps! If you have anything you’d like to donate, please get in touch, we can make use of almost ANYTHING and greatly appreciate every single donation 💚

We are excited to announce we are open and accepting new enquiries for our NDIS support services! We offer a welcoming farm environment where participants can build confidence, learn new skills, connect with others and enjoy activities that are meaningful to them.

From daily group programs like woodwork, cooking, arts & crafts to animal care, walking groups, outings and social dinners — there’s plenty to explore, create and enjoy.

🌿 WE’RE HIRING – DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS 🌿

The Farm Disability Connections is looking for passionate, reliable and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team!

Essential Requirements:
✅ Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)
✅ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Current First Aid & CPR
✅ Experience supporting participants with challenging behaviours
✅ Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)

About the Role:
We’re looking for support workers who are willing to:

Work within our farm-based disability program
Provide 1:1 community access support
Work weekend shifts and respite shifts as required
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support

What We Offer:

Variety in your role across farm activities, community access and respite
Pay rates in line with the SCHADS Award

Join me in making a difference for foster kids!
Every child deserves the chance to feel safe, supported, and confident in their future, but for many children in foster care, that is far from reality.

Frequent moves between homes and schools can disrupt their learning, relationships, and sense of stability. Without the right support, these challenges can have lasting effects on their education, wellbeing, and future opportunities.

That is why we are taking part in National Pyjama Day.

By wearing our PJs and raising funds, we are helping The Pyjama Foundation give children in foster care something truly life changing: a dedicated Pyjama Angel mentor.

Your donation will help recruit, screen, train, and match a “Pyjama Angel” with a child who needs them most. These volunteer mentors do more than read books or help with homework. They build trust, confidence, and a love of learning that can change the course of a child’s life.

Together, we can help children in foster care dream bigger and believe in themselves.

Participants and staff headed to Clyde Bunnings this morning to join with the Bunnings staff tia for a arts and crafts work shop painting canvas, we couldn’t thank Clyde Bunnings enough for the donations for the farm! . 🎨🖌️🖼️
