About a month ago, I met a gorgeous young woman who absolutely loved all the crystal aromatherapy rollers I make.

She confided in me that she was recently pregnant with her first child. I love it when this happens. Complete strangers tell me their most important news.

Enough already with the soaps and shower gels I say.

Ok so here’s a smile. A smile is the beginning of something new. An opening. So here’s 10 reasons I can think of to smile this morning. I’d LOVE to hear yours, too.

1. The sun is shining
2. I’ve just been offered free support to work toward my business goals
3. The cat is stretched out on her chair like a Queen
4. I just saw that people make and sell purple teddy bear neck rests (who’d have thought it?!)
5. I can still hear the whirring of the fan through my non-deaf ear!
6. It’s time for my bi-weekly clay masque.
7. I saw my crazy friend yesterday who is at last out of hospital and on the mend.
8. Smiling makes me feel more like smiling!
9. My son loves it when I smile.
10. It’s a new day and I love the feeling of the air in my lungs as I breathe.
