Ever feel like you’re spending a fortune on supplements... and getting nothing back?

I hear it all the time from women who are taking all the “right” things but still don’t feel any different.
They’re taking the vitamins. The minerals. The powders. The capsules.

Yet they’re still feeling tired, sluggish, puffy, and wondering why nothing seems to be working.

One of the biggest differences for me has been focusing on supporting my lymphatic system first.

Because if the body’s natural transport and drainage systems aren’t functioning efficiently, it can feel like you’re constantly adding more things without addressing the bigger picture.

That’s why daily lymphatic support has become such an important part of my routine.

Just 2 minutes a day with my gloves is a simple habit that helps me support my lymphatic system and gives my body the foundation it needs to function at its best.

1 in 9 Australian women may be living with lipoedema and have no idea it exists.

That’s likely someone in your family, your friendship group, your workplace… maybe even you.

Lipoedema is a chronic condition that causes an abnormal build-up of fat, typically in the hips, thighs, legs, and sometimes arms. It’s often painful, can feel heavy or tender, and it doesn’t respond to diet and exercise in the same way typical fat does. It’s also commonly influenced by hormonal changes like puberty, pregnancy, and menopause.

Yet most women spend years being told to “try harder” before they ever receive a name for what they’re experiencing.

If this is the first time you’re hearing about it, or something here feels familiar, it might be something worth paying attention to.

💗 Share this with someone who needs to see it, and tag them so more women become aware that this exists.

To make this month more supportive, we’re offering 20% off with code AWARE20 on Lymphatic Gloves, MAGfatics Oil Spray, and Lymphatic Cream.

In today’s video, I’m talking about something that often gets overlooked - the importance of supporting your own health and wellbeing before, during, and after pregnancy.

Many women spend years focusing on everyone else, while their own health takes a back seat. But when you’re preparing your body for a growing family, things like nutrition, lifestyle habits, movement, and overall wellness become even more important.

The goal isn’t perfection.

It’s giving your body the best possible support so you can show up feeling your best for yourself and your family.

That’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about daily lymphatic support. Small habits done consistently can become part of a long-term wellness routine that supports how you feel every day.

Just 2 minutes a day with the gloves can be an easy way to make supporting your lymphatic system part of your lifestyle.

TENS and PEMF often get grouped together... but they’re actually very different technologies.

TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) works by sending electrical impulses through the skin to stimulate nerves and muscles. It’s commonly used to help manage discomfort and provide temporary relief in specific areas of the body.

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy), on the other hand, uses electromagnetic pulses designed to support the body’s natural processes at a cellular level. Rather than focusing on muscle stimulation, PEMF is often used as part of a broader wellness and recovery routine.

Think of it this way:
TENS is generally focused on stimulating nerves and muscles.
PEMF is focused on delivering pulsed electromagnetic fields throughout the body.
Both have their place, but they work in completely different ways and are designed for different outcomes.

That’s why understanding the difference is important before deciding which technology may be the best fit for your wellness goals.

If you’d like to learn more about PEMF technology and how we incorporate it into our CJ+CO wellness products, send me a DM or contact our office.

A new blog is live for Lipoedema Awareness Month.

It breaks down what lipoedema actually is, how it shows up in the body, and why so many women go years without real answers or the right support. Written in plain language so it actually makes sense, not the kind of medical explanation that leaves you more confused than when you started.

If something has felt off for a long time and nobody has been able to give a clear answer, this is a good place to start.

This one is for the women who know, or quietly suspect, they might be living with lipoedema. 💗

So many stories have been shared in the community.

Women coming in knowing “something” is wrong.

The scales keep going up, even if they starve themselves.

The dots don’t connect.

The pain.
The heaviness.
The swelling.
The fat distribution that will not shift no matter what gets tried.

And the worst part is how often women are dismissed or left undiagnosed.

This is real. The physical load is real. The emotional load is real.
And it is not a personal failure.

Small, consistent daily support can make a huge difference in how the body feels and moves. That is why we start with lymphatic support. It is the foundation.

For Lipoedema Awareness Month, use code AWARE20 for 20% off the Lymphatic Gloves, MAGfatics Oil Spray, and Lymphatic Cream. Shop via the link in bio.

Please share this or tag a friend who might need it. You never know who is struggling in silence and might finally feel seen because you sent it.

Your beauty therapist wasn’t lying to you. She was just taught wrong.

And this isn’t just about skincare anymore.

Your brain has its own lymphatic system.

It’s called the glymphatic system.

It’s the waste removal network that flushes beta-amyloid and tau proteins out of your brain while you sleep.

The exact proteins that build up and cause Alzheimer’s disease.

Here’s the part nobody talks about: the glymphatic system is 10 times more active during sleep than when you’re awake.

Your brain cells actually shrink by up to 60% so cerebrospinal fluid can flow through and carry the waste out. Down through the neck. Through the cervical lymph nodes. Out of the body.

Neurological disease is now the number one killer of women in Australia. Alzheimer’s. Dementia. Cognitive decline. And one of the biggest contributing factors is poor glymphatic drainage.

We’re not sleeping enough.

We’re stressed.

We’re dehydrated.

And we’ve been taught to massage our faces in circles that push fluid up instead of draining it down toward the nodes where it can actually exit.

Your beauty therapist was never taught lymphatic anatomy.

Neither were most doctors.

But the research has been there since Maiken Nedergaard’s work at the University of Rochester.

This sequence isn’t just about glowing skin. It’s about clearing your brain. Draining the waste your body needs to move every single day.

Two minutes. Every morning. Drain down, not up.

Save this. Tag someone who needs to know.

Big Love Chelsey xo

Lipoedema is not just a weight management issue.

Many women with lipoedema are told to eat less, exercise more, and try harder. Yet despite doing all the “right” things, the pain, heaviness, swelling, and disproportionate fat distribution often remain.

That’s because lipoedema is a chronic condition, not a lack of willpower.

June is Lipoedema Awareness Month, a reminder that support goes far beyond the scales. It starts with understanding what is actually happening in the body and giving the lymphatic system the support it needs.

The more women understand lipoedema, the sooner they can stop blaming themselves and start finding the support they deserve.

Share or tag this with someone you know who may be experiencing symptoms or needs to be aware of it 💚

Remember when putting a mattress in the living room felt like the most exciting thing in the world?

You’d camp out, watch movies, eat snacks, stay up too late, and somehow wake up feeling completely fine the next day.

Well... I decided to do it again recently in an attempt to feel younger.

The movie night was great.

The getting up off the mattress the next morning? Not so much. 😂

As much as we’d all love a shortcut back to feeling 18 again, I’ve found that the things that actually make the biggest difference are the simple habits we stick to consistently.

For me, that’s supporting my lymphatic system every day with my gloves.

Just 2 minutes a day as part of my lymphatic sequence helps me feel more energised, less sluggish, and more like the version of myself I want to be.

Turns out feeling younger isn’t about sleeping on a mattress in the living room after all.
