I now have appointments available every second Sunday from 7am to 1pm.
These sessions are suitable for individuals or couples who may find it difficult to attend during the week.

I support clients with relationship stress, trust issues, repeated conflict, emotional overwhelm, self-worth, communication difficulties, challenging relationship patterns, and addictive patterns or coping behaviours.

Sessions are available in person in Caringbah or via Zoom.

A trauma bond is like having a drug addiction; when you get love and attention your body produces feel-good chemicals, when the love is withdrawn you crave that feeling again, so you go back to try and get that release of feeling good again. This can leave you stuck in an addictive cycle; feeling good, then being in withdrawal…. This can explain why someone may stay with a narcissist, narcissists often have cycles where they may show intense interest, to periods where they actually seek to destroy their partner. Love and pain can feel like the same thing. The unfortunate part is that you tend to go back to the same person for relief from the pain that they caused you.
