Sometimes we are scared to dream big because we have let ourselves down a few too many times due to discipline or consistency.

Making tiny commitments to yourself each day (and following through) is a great way to rebuild that trust in yourself!

Today I commit to just 10 minutes of quiet meditation.

If so, you're not alone. Many of us struggle with the urge to constantly seek the approval of others.

Unfortunately, this behavior can have serious consequences for our mental health. When we consistently put others' needs before our own, we risk draining ourselves physically and emotionally.😓

That's why I’m here - to remind you that it's okay to prioritize your own wants, needs, and opinions.✨ 

You deserve to live a life that feels authentic and true to who you are, without constantly seeking external validation.🙌

Have you ever found yourself saying "yes" to something you really didn't want to do just to avoid coming across as rude or unhelpful?
Don't worry, you're not alone!
But here's the thing: saying "no" doesn't have to come with a side of guilt.🙅‍♀️

🌟 In fact, setting boundaries by saying "no" can help you keep your sanity and empower you to live life on your own terms. That's why we're sharing 4 simple ways to say "no" without feeling guilty.👇

1. Give Yourself Time: When faced with a situation where you feel drawn to say no, it’s helpful to give yourself a little time delay before giving an answer.

2. Start Valuing YOU: When you focus all your time and energy on seeking the approval of others, you discount yourself and everything that’s important to you.

3. Feel the Fear: And do it anyway. Let’s face it, sometimes you just have to do the thing that scares you the most in order to make it like second nature in the future. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.

4. Find an Alternative: If someone asks you to do something you really don’t want to do, try to come up with another solution that’s a win for all parties.

Reclaim your time and energy while still maintaining positive relationships.
