Hey Energy Superstars!
Salt baths or salt showers are a fantastic and an inexpensive way to cleanse the energy body. The properties of salt are very beneficial in the area of cleansing and have been used over the ages as a means to ward off negative spirits and as a powerful cleansing elixir most notably in the form of holy water which is made of only water, salt and blessings.
This wonderous substance is available to you and can aid you significantly with its cleansing ability. Its ability to eliminate negativity from your energy system is a great way to put distance between you and preventable disease.
It has been stated in many spiritual books that disease starts in the energy body and slowly starts to manifest in the physical body, this is due to the fact that the energy body is the physical body’s counterpart, what happens to one inevitable happens to the other. when the energy body becomes filled with stress, anger, irritation and all manner of negative thoughts and emotions the physical body starts to suffer.
With the use of salt and other methods of cleansing, you can help to stop and reverse the potentiality of sickness from developing in the body, you must also be sure you are meeting all of your body’s health requirements to enable this to happen.
Have you ever noticed how good you feel after swimming in the ocean? How clear you feel? how refreshed you feel?
how grounded you feel? This is because of the hidden properties of salt and water together make a perfect combination to cleanse the body. Waters natural ability is to absorb energy while salt disintegrates creating a fantastic cleansing combination. Salt has green colour pranas which give it its cleansing properties and the ability to disintegrate negative and diseased energies.
Using this information, we can apply it in our own lives.
There are two main options for this, you can have a salt bath or take a swim in the ocean. Both of these options are cleansing for the energy bodies and clear contamination out of the aura.
From a personal standpoint I would recommend the ocean over a bath for a few simple reasons.
The ocean has cold water and a high salt content; cold water can absorb more diseased energy than hot water* and the higher the salt content, the greater the disintegration abilities of the water.
The ocean has more of a cleansing affect due to the enhanced absorbability with the cold water allowing it to pull more diseased energy out. You may choose to use cold water in the bath to enhance its absorbability.
While you are in the ocean, ideally at a beach with waves, you are jumping, playing and fighting the waves. You are moving the physical body which causes the expansion and contraction of the meridians and stimulation of your Energy Centers. This means that as you move, the Energy Centers are expelling and absorbing more prana. There will be a deeper cleanse if movement occurs while cleansing in salt water.
*Hot/Warm water will absorb energy but to a lesser degree.
If you cannot get to the ocean then a salt bath or shower is a great alternative!
For those in stressful jobs it can make your life and your families life easier by eliminating the stresses and dirty energy picked up from work and having it cleansed in the salt water rather than it staying in your system, spreading it to your family and creating irritation and tension in your close relationships.
If you plan to make this a permanent habit we recommend purchasing ultra fine pool salt as a cheaper and easily dissolvable alternative to table or cooking salt.
We find that just a couple of salt baths a week can make great improvement in quality of life but this can be increased to every day if working in an energetically unhygienic environment.
A nice add on for a salt bath is a few drops of essential oils which can boost the cleansing effect of the bath many times over.
For more information on essential oils please read “Golden Aromatherapy” by Rocky Patel.

Suggested Recipe for Strong Cleansing Bath

Salt Scrub Shower
To have a great shower you can create a salt mix with essential oils and coconut oil.
Recipe for Salt Scrub
- 1 Glass Jar or plastic container.
- 1-2 Cups of Salt.
- Add a few drops of our recommended essential oil and mix thoroughly.
- Optional: Add 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil to soften and moisturize the skin.
Shower procedure
1. Wet yourself down and turn the water off.
2. Rub salt from head to toe, covering your body.
3. Allow the salt to sit on your skin for 1-2 minutes to cleanse your etheric body. When it is ready to be washed off, you should have a prickling sensation on the skin from the salt. This indicates it is doing its job.
4. When time is up you can simply wash all the salt off and continue with your regular shower.
You may repeat the process if you need a deeper cleanse. Also, you can reapply salt on the part of the body which needs healing to give it a more thorough cleanse.
We hope you enjoy your fantastic salt bath!
Lots of Love,
