🌱 Supporting Parents, Supporting Children 🌱

This week, members of the Sydney Psych Hub team have been undertaking training in the Parent Hope Project program, further expanding our knowledge and skills in supporting children experiencing anxiety and the parents who care for them.

We are passionate about providing evidence-based support and practical strategies that empower families to navigate challenges with confidence. Ongoing professional development helps us continue delivering high-quality care and ensures we stay up to date with effective approaches for supporting children and young people.

We're excited to bring these new insights into our work with families across our community. πŸ’™
