"Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe." - Abraham Lincoln

This isn't just about logging trees; it's the blueprint for achieving any meaningful goal.

In a health journey, the "Prep Phase" is everything.
• It’s the unglamorous but essential work.
• It's the difference between swinging a sharp axe and trying to chop down a tree with a butter knife.
• It’s the strategy that prevents burnout and protects your progress.

Preparation is how you support your future self—the one who will have decision fatigue, inevitably be hungry, and looking for an easy way out.

What’s your #1 non-negotiable prep step leading into a weight loss phase?
