Our Capacity Building service includes anything that will help you develop life-long skills to manage tasks on your own. This could be learning how to make your own nutritious meals, taking public transport on your own, managing your finances, managing your NDIS supports or doing your own grocery shopping. We help you find your strengths and build on them to become more capable and confident.

We offer professional cleaning services for your home and garden so you can enjoy a beautiful, welcoming sanctuary each day. Altitude Care will provide expert cleaning and gardening services to help you with things like mowing the lawn, weeding, planting new blooms, or cleaning floors, bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, polishing and more. This is separate to the services provided by your in-home support worker, so you can go on receiving quality care while your home is cleaned by the professionals. We help to make your time spent at home or in the garden more pleasant with neat, inviting spaces and friendly service.

In-home care is there to support anyone who needs regular care in the home and high intensity needs like overnight care. Our carers are fully trained in this area of disability support and will even help you with your daily medication, hoists or wheelchair mobility.
