πŸ’— October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month πŸ’—

When was the last time you really thought about your breasts?
We’re often so busy looking after everyone else that our own health can slip down the list. This month is a reminder to take a moment for YOU.

πŸ–οΈ FEEL – be aware of any new lumps, thickening or changes.
πŸ’— NOTICE – changes in the size, shape, skin or ni**le matter.
πŸ—£οΈ SPEAK UP – if something doesn’t look or feel right, have a yarn with your doctor or health worker.

You know your body best. If you notice a change, don’t wait, please get it checked.

And we have some exciting news to share… πŸ‘€

The BreastScreen SA Mobile Unit is coming our way in 2027!
