Successful Businesses are not always what they look like from the outside. Family businesses are built on blood, sweat & tears. Most of the time we only see a business highlight reel. I’ve by far had so many highs & lows in this business journey. I’ve had staff come & go. I’ve been burned more times than I can count. I’ve learned who are my genuine people & who are just here for the ride. At the end of the day, I wouldn’t change a thing. Each & every lesson that has walked through my door only made the business stronger, only made my drive bigger. It only put the dream into perspective. Our family business is our baby & success is not measured by our full books (although they are overflowing) Our success is measured by the lives we are changing on a daily basis in our treatment rooms & that is the one constant that will never change ❤️

Watching functional movements slowly transition how I practice. HIITs cool but how good is a regulated nervous system. A body that functions well, moves well & is not living in survival mode. Never thought I’d be a Pilates girl but I’m honestly sold. It’s completely changed how I practice in & out of our clinic ❤️
