Laurie is the Service Manager at Inclusive Assist Support Services and is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of people living with disability. She is committed to providing person-centred support that empowers participants to achieve their goals, build independence, and enjoy the best quality of life possible.

Known for her caring nature and approachable personality, Laurie works closely with participants, their families, and our support team to ensure services are tailored to each individual’s unique needs. She values open communication, trust, and respect, and believes that every person deserves to feel included, supported, and heard.

Laurie is proud to be part of the Inclusive Assist Support Services team and is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every participant while supporting our staff to deliver compassionate, reliable, and high-quality care.

Meet Natasha, the Director and Owner of Inclusive Assist Support Services.

Natasha established Inclusive Assist Support Services with a vision of providing high-quality, person-centred disability support that empowers people living with disability to live independently, achieve their goals, and be active members of their communities.

With a genuine passion for the disability sector, Natasha believes every participant deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, choice, and compassion. She is committed to ensuring every person receives support that is tailored to their individual needs, preferences, and values.

As a hands-on Director, Natasha and her dedicated disability support team focus on creating meaningful opportunities, fostering independence, and helping participants live fulfilling lives while giving families confidence that their loved ones are receiving the highest standard and quality of care.

At Inclusive Assist Support Services, we’re all about supporting people to enjoy life, build connections, and create meaningful moments.

Supports like these remind us how important it is to get out, enjoy new experiences, and have a little fun along the way. Spending time with these beautiful horses brought plenty of smiles and made it a fantastic afternoon.

This year’s theme, “50 Years of Deadly,” celebrates 50 years of honouring the strength, resilience, achievements and rich cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

At Inclusive Assist Support Services, we proudly acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live, work and support our participants. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and celebrate the incredible contributions of First Nations peoples to our communities.

NAIDOC Week is an opportunity to listen, learn, celebrate and walk together in the spirit of respect, inclusion and reconciliation.

🌟 Weekend Goals in Action 🌟

What a fantastic weekend of building confidence, independence and trying something new!

Our participant took on the challenge of quad biking, stepping outside their comfort zone and developing important life skills along the way. Through this experience, they worked towards their NDIS goals by:

✅ Building confidence in new environments
✅ Developing decision-making and problem-solving skills
✅ Improving coordination and concentration
✅ Increasing independence
✅ Engaging in community-based recreational activities

We are proud to support participants to reach their goals, explore new interests and create meaningful memories along the way.

NEW DATE CONFIRMED FOR CHRISTMAS MOVIE NIGHT 🍿 🎬 | Mark your calendars! Our Christmas Movie Night now has a brand-new date and FREE entry for all.

Join us at Maitland Regional Sportsground on Thursday 18 December from 5pm to 9pm for an evening of holiday cheer and a screening of How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Kids can get creative making their own Christmas wreath, enjoy lawn games, meet Santa and grab some free popcorn!

No tickets are required; just bring your camp chairs or picnic rugs and enjoy a magical night under the stars.
