Terry White Chemmart Charnwood is a Northern Canberra community pharmacy challenging the delivery of primary health care, by offering services extending beyond traditional medicine and dispensing. Their goal is to ultimately drive change that will lead to improved health outcomes for locals. Staff and student wellbeing is top of mind at Connections and we had a lot of fun helping them stay healthy with bespoke vaccination clinics for students and staff. Lots of Poppy cuddles, stickers, buzzy bee and sweet treats to make it easy and stress free 💚👩‍⚕️😷

A big congratulations to Pharmacist Shareef on being selected as a finalist for ACT community pharmacist of the year in the National Pharmacy Awards 🎉

Shareef works in many capacities - he is a medication review pharmacist who visits people in their homes to complete Home medicines reviews, he is a Diabetes Educator and he is also an Aged Care onsite pharmacist at Calvary Haydon. Our favourite role that Shareef works in is being a community pharmacist at Charny where his skills and experience shine.
He brings wonderful energy to all of his interactions and leaves everyone feeling better for speaking to him.

Today is the first day that Sru is in a white coat, as an intern pharmacist 🤩
Sru has worked with us at Charnwood as a dispensary technician, she is a qualified pharmacist overseas, but needs to go through the Australian registration process. We are so excited to have her transition to our pharmacist team as she completes her intern year.

Some of our favourites are the Beef Ragu lasagne and the Sticky Date pudding.
If you or your loved one have a home care package or are NDIS supported you may be able to pay a much smaller percentage out of pocket for these meals.

Pharmacist Samantha loves getting out, sharing laughter 🤭and health information👩‍⚕️! Today was with our local Charnwood-Dunlop Probus club.

Great chats about flu, covid, rsv, shingles, pneummococcal, whooping cough, tetanus and diptheria vaccines💉. Costs of medicines 💲 and sleep health 💤.

A lot of love for the thank you MUG which made the coffee from Ginninderry Espresso even better!
