Movement 101 NSW is becoming Move Beyond, and we’re pretty excited about it.
You might spot both logos floating around for a bit while we make the swap, but nothing about how we look after you is changing. Same practitioners, same hands, same faces you’ve been seeing at reception for years.
What IS changing:
We’re now backed by a national team across VIC, NSW and SA, which means more opportunities for our practitioners to grow, learn and level up. It also means better tech and systems on the client side.

Thanks to our wonderful Pilates participants we managed to raise $834 for in Sept! We received such amazing feedback from people over the past few months, saying that our free online Pilates series during lockdown help ease the mental load for some of you. This made us incredibly happy, to be able to help people with not only their physical health but mental health as well over what was a few hard months. We look forward to welcoming you all back to our studios soon!
