Summer Body Workshop Recap

What an amazing morning last week at our Summer Body Wellness Day with Nutritionist Jessie! From nutrition tips to breaking a sweat together, this workshop was all about setting you up for your best summer yet.

Jumpboard is a mild-cardio, low-impact workout had everyone feeling the burn in the best way — the perfect way to increase intensity while still being gentle on your joints.

You asked, so we're bringing it back! Jumpboard classes are returning to the studio — the ultimate addition to your routine this summer season.

To celebrate the arrival of spring, we hosted a very special workshop at our C*D studio today🌷

How did you enjoy 90 minutes filled with flowers, Pilates, and matcha? We hope it was a beautiful and memorable experience for you💚

A big thank you to kure | matcha stand for the lovely 🍵strawberry matcha🍓and to the Haus of Valey team for bringing the sweetest blooms🌷🌸
