I am a fully qualified and registered International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Coaches Member, as well as Metabolic Precision Authentic Nutritionist/Transformation Specialist and Rehab Master Trainer, and a Registered Exercise Professional, Level 3, with Fitness Australia. I also have international qualifications as a Yoga Teacher, Clinical Pilates I

nstructor, Business and Personal Coach, Breathwork Instructor, Meditation Teacher and Akashic Records Healer. I have worked in the health and wellness industry for nearly 20 years. I have successfully helped many people from all walks of life transform their mind, heart, body and soul. Whatever your challenge - personal, business, or something else, I understand and I know how to help you. Like many of you, I have acquired knowledge, devoted myself to numerous practices and put my trust in gurus, yet this still had me entrenched in negative patterns. But over the last ten years I started working smarter on myself and hired a coach and healer who understood what I needed. In doing so, I have achieved the following:

3. Clarity - in my direction, my goals and being in the flow state.

We are excited to share we have a new tranquil home for our weekly Mat Pilates & Yin Yoga class.✨ The classes will now be at the historical Chatsworth Hall overlooking a peaceful valley. I have experienced some of my most amazing sunsets from this space. 🌱

We still want you to end your week feeling stronger, lighter, and deeply relaxed with our expert blend of Mat Pilates, Yin Yoga and Meditation.

This class is designed to help you build core strength, improve flexibility and mobility, release stress, and create calm in both body and mind. We begin with mindful Pilates movement to energise and strengthen, before slowing down into nourishing Yin healing stretches, and sealing the class with a grounding Meditation. 💪🧘‍♀️

Whether you're an existing student, brand new to movement, returning after injury, pre/post-natal, or simply seeking a supportive wellness community - this class is for you. Modifications are always offered to suit your individual needs and experience level.

From the bottom of my heart, a massive thank you to everyone who stepped onto the mat for our “Reflect and Rest” Quarterly Wellness Workshop. Together, we explored the sacred interconnectedness of breath through Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork. Your beautiful energy, vulnerability, and open hearts made our session incredibly special.
It was a profound honour to hold space for you all to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner light. 🌿

Let us take a pause to remember this universal truth: an imbalance in our energy body will eventually filter down to a disturbance in the physical body. With collective intention, we grounded ourselves for 90 minutes to achieve true homeostasis. We hold the power to soothe and heal our ailments when we address them where they begin - filtering from the spiritual into the mental, emotional, and energy bodies, before ever manifesting physically. 🦋

It’s been a joy introducing Yin Yoga and Mat Pilates classes sprinkled with Meditation to Gympie ARC. Moving to local acreage has finally allowed me to share my passion for accessible wellness with our community.

Unlike active ‘Yang’ workouts, Yin Yoga targets deep connective tissues - fascia, ligaments and joints. By holding passive poses for 1 - 10 minutes, we:
⭐️ Restore Mobility: Stretch and remodel fascia for lasting flexibility.
⭐️ Calm the Mind: Switch the body into ‘rest-and-digest’ mode to lower stress.
⭐️ Support Joint Health: Rehydrate tissues and improve circulation.
⭐️ Enhance Energetic Flow: Reduce inflammation and amplify overall energy circulation.

Psychoeducation in drug and alcohol detox and rehabilitation educates individuals about addiction, breaking down denial and strengthening motivation for recovery. It provides structured knowledge on how substances affect the brain and body, and teaches coping skills, relapse prevention, and emotional regulation.

As a Clinical Yoga and Meditation Facilitator at Hader Clinic Queensland working alongside our qualified health professionals, allied health practitioners, external facilitators and lived experience support staff we support our clients in every step of their recovery. 🫶

Yoga and Meditation sprinkled with Breathwork and Sound Healing are integral to drug and alcohol detox and rehab because they provide a holistic approach to healing, addressing the physical, mental, and emotional damage caused by addiction.

In my weekly Yoga and Meditation workshops all clients experience as a result of these practices:
- Reduced Stress and Cravings via lower cortisol levels and improved emotional regulation, which directly helps manage the stress and anxiety that often trigger relapse.
- Neurobiological Repair to help rewire the brain’s reward pathways and stimulate the prefrontal cortex, enhancing self-control and repairing brain areas damaged by addiction.
- Physical Healing in detox by repairing the body, improving sleep, and reducing physical pain, while offering a healthy way to increase dopamine levels naturally.
- Mind-Body Connection builds self-awareness and mindful coping skills, empowering individuals to recognise and handle negative emotions without resorting to substances.
- Improved Treatment Adherence by calming the mind and reducing anxiety, clients are better equipped to engage with therapy, increasing the effectiveness of traditional treatment programs.

While we all sat back in the glorious Sunday sunshine (after a busy couple of months) enjoying an amazing banquet lunch we shared this same glimmer moment: ‘You glow differently when you have good people with good intentions in your life.’✨

You don’t need too many people to be happy. Just a few real ones who appreciate you for who you are. 💞

Thank you my precious souls Jen and Ricardo for starting my Birthday celebrations six sleeps early. I truly feel with the next half of life I will make a new ritual on the upcoming week of every birthday to reflect - acknowledge, honour and accept the growth and simplicity within the past year. 🎈🎉🎂

Absolutely looking forward to the next few weeks of celebrations - Aries ♈️, Ta**us ♉️ and Gemini ♊️ birthdays, friendships 🫶, as well as real conversations and laughs, and a sprinkle of dancing and live music... 💃🏻🥁🎶
