To all the amazing souls who came yesterday to the first 🔥 Awaken 🔥 event - we thank-you for sharing this special space with us.

I think one of the attendees summed it up beautifully yesterday: “ I don’t know what just happened.. but WOW!”

Merkaba has always been a space that will hold and support you. A space where you can come exactly as you are and receive the session your Soul is calling for, whether that’s learning, support, exploration or healing.

Yesterday was living proof of this.

So thank-you for allowing Merkaba and the Practitioners do what they do best: to hold you, support you and walk beside your Soul on its journey of reset, healing and expansion.

On Sunday 19th July, four experienced practitioners are coming together at Merkaba Studio in Cheltenham to hold something truly special: An immersive, sacred afternoon designed to gently bring you back to yourself.

Here’s who’s holding the space:

🌿 Monique Monique Poppelaars invites you back into your body through the healing wisdom of reflexology and essential oils — a soft, sensory opening that reminds your nervous system it is safe to land.

🌬️ Erin Erin Cummings guides you into the depths of yourself through breath and sound therapy — gently dissolving what no longer serves and returning you to a state of natural balance.

✨ Sonia Sonia Burman - Psychic Medium and Spiritual Coach calls the soul fully home through celestial energy work by raising your vibration, clearing your energetic field, and opening your senses to Spiritual connection.

🌕 Helen Helen Forster closes the ceremony with a sacred meditation honouring every part of you: mind, body, heart, and spirit. Helen will weave the whole experience into a feeling of peace and completion.

🔥 AWAKEN 🔥

An immersive, multi-practitioner experience held within the sacred space of Merkaba Studio.

An intimate afternoon designed to gently dissolve the weight of everyday life and guide you home to your body, your soul, and your spirit.

Guided by four gifted practitioners across four sequential offerings, this experience is carefully crafted so that each layer builds upon the last, moving you gradually from presence in the body, through the breath, into the energetic and spiritual realms, and finally back into integration and wholeness.

What to expect:
🌿 Come Home to Your Body — Monique Poppelaars
Monique opens the sacred space through reflexology and the therapeutic use of essential oils — a gentle, sensory invitation to slow down, awaken the senses, and reconnect with the quiet intelligence of the body.

🌬️ Breathe & Release — Erin Cummins
Erin guides participants through a body-based breath and sound therapy practice, supporting a rapid drop into deep relaxation and inner contemplation. This practice helps you compassionately meet and digest your inner experiences, returning to a natural state of balance.

✨ Celestial Energy Healing — Sonia Burman
From a place of deep stillness, Sonia calls the soul to fully reconnect with the body — raising the body’s vibration, clearing the energetic field, and awakening the psychic senses to spiritual connection.

🌕 Integration & Wholeness — Helen Forster
Helen closes the ceremony with a guided meditation designed to honour the whole being — mind, body, heart, and spirit — weaving together everything experienced and returning you to a felt sense of peace, integration, and radiant completeness.
