Group drumming is back after our clean up.❤️

After a successful launch of Life Redefined Coaching’s physical space and drumming sessions on the 4th March, a week later we were inundated with flood waters.

Our resolve was tested and following a thorough clean up, we are ready for Wednesday’s drumming session on the 25th March.

acknowledges the Traditional Owners of this land and pays respects to the Elders past and present.
Traditional owners: The Gooreng Gooreng People - The area is recognised as a significant part of their traditional country, with archaeological evidence suggesting Aboriginal presence in the gorge for at least 19,000 years.
This is the first photo from this weekend’s trip into Cania Gorge last night. I think we’re in for a pretty spectacular couple of days.
It’s been around 12 months since we visited here and it looks sensational.
We are camping out at the Cania Gorge Tourist Retreat this time. A quiet smaller park with access directly from the park to walking trails. We’re very impressed with the park and managers/owners.

So this just happened!
Thank you to my biggest supporter of many years, Renee, who made me enter the Wandoan Photo Challenge. She believes in me more than I do. Her favourite photo won and my favourite got second in the Drone category. The Wandoan Photo Challenge will now enter the winning photo into the Ekka. Adventure? Who needs adventure!
Travelling at 100kph, down a hill, towing a 3.5 tonne caravan and the front wheel decides to come off the 300 series…now that’s an adventure. We were heading to Glen Rock this weekend but we had an unexpected change of plans. 😂 all’s well that ends well. Have a great weekend!
