A picture tells a thousand words, i observed this gentleman sit alone drinking his coffee and eating his morning tea while his DSW sat on his phone making phone calls his body language displayed nothing but boredom and at one point sat with his back to him. if i wasn't with a client myself I'd have caused a scene. Do better or next time i wont hold back.
