About the Role
As Store Manager you’ll be responsible for leading the retail operation and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading, mentoring and developing the retail team.
• Creating a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
• Delivering outstanding customer service.
• Managing stock levels, merchandising and promotional displays.
• Driving retail sales and achieving store performance goals.
• Working closely with pharmacists to support integrated healthcare services.
• Rostering, recruitment and staff training.
• Maintaining high presentation standards throughout the store.
• Identifying opportunities to grow retail and health categories.
About You
You’ll ideally have:
• Previous management experience in community pharmacy, health retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Strong retail merchandising and inventory management experience.
• A passion for coaching and developing others.
• A positive attitude and the ability to lead by example.
Experience with pharmacy retail systems will be highly regarded but is not essential.
