An Exceptional Audit Result – Thank You Supported Care Team!

Supported Care has formally completed its Stage 2 NDIS Certification Audit (DIS1400), with zero non-conformities and three areas recognised as 'Conformity with Elements of Best Practice' — the highest tier of the NDIS rating scale. The recognitions covered governance and operational management, continuous improvement, and behaviour support implementation.

During the audit, reviewers examined how incidents and risks are managed, how feedback is acted on, and how behaviour support plans are carried out across day to day operations. The outcome reflects the consistency of work happening across frontline teams, housing operations, leadership, and clinical support services as Supported Care continues expanding across NDIS, NIISQ, Supported Living, and Support@Home services.

Urban Village Morayfield is coming to life.

With all units now installed on site, the vision is becoming reality — a purpose-built community designed for independent living with integrated support.

Designed for people living with psychosocial disability, this model works with SIL, ILO and flexible core supports - no SDA required.

Final works are underway, with completion expected mid-year.

A limited number of places will be available.
