Life has felt a little full lately…
Between work, the boys, knocking down our home, and my eldest starting school—there’s been a lot of change all at once.
Some days I feel like I’m doing everything at once, and other days I’m just trying to keep up.
But I keep coming back to the small moments—
stepping outside, slowing down, lighting a wand and just breathing.
Nothing fancy. Just a pause.
A little way to come back to myself in the middle of it all 🌿
