So, what exactly is **Neuromuscular Release**?

In its most basic form, **Neuromuscular Release is a modality that works with and releases the fascia** — the connective tissue that surrounds, supports and connects the muscles, organs and other structures throughout the body.

When fascia becomes tight, restricted or holds tension, it can affect how the body moves and feels.

Neuromuscular Release uses gentle, specific techniques to work with the fascia and encourage it to release, creating more space and freedom within the body.

✨ It works with the body's tissues rather than forcing them
✨ It can be experienced by **adults and children**

Imagine having a simple, hands-on skill that you could use to support yourself, your partner, your children or the people around you.

✨ **Neuromuscular Release Workshop** ✨
**12 & 13 September**

Over two practical days, you'll learn the fundamentals of **Neuromuscular Release** and have the opportunity to practise the techniques yourself.

Neuromuscular Release is a gentle approach that works with the muscles and body to help release tension and encourage muscles to function as they were designed.

🌿 **Why learn NMR?**

💚 Learn a practical skill you can continue using after the workshop.

👫 **Learn together as a couple** and support each other's wellbeing.

👨‍👩‍👧 **Great for parents** wanting to learn techniques they can use with their children.

✨ Develop your understanding of the body and how muscles respond.

🌸 Enjoy a relaxed, hands-on learning environment where you can learn at your own pace.

You don't need to be a therapist or have previous experience. This workshop is open to anyone who feels drawn to learning more.
