Is your counsellor registered with either PACFA or ACA. If they are registered their name will be on the ARCAP register. And they will be adhering to the new national standards for counselling. www.arcap.com.au is a good place to check.

The practice is now closed until 9am on the 12th of May. I will be taking time away to relax and replenish, so I can come back ready to see you all and be of service with renewed energy.
In the meantime, don't forget the many great colleagues I have around the area, and our very own Medicare Mental Health centre is there for free drop-in support.
