This week 20 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 3 were first timers and 3 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 1 different clubs took part.

Your barcode is how we record your parkrun result, so don’t forget to bring it along each Saturday.

🐕🌳 parkrun Rule #4:

One dog, one person, short lead 🐾

We love our four-legged parkrun friends! 💚

To keep everyone safe and happy:
🐶 One dog per person
🦮 Keep your dog on a short lead
🤝 Be mindful of other participants, volunteers and park users

Not every parkrunner is comfortable around dogs, so a little extra care helps everyone enjoy their Saturday morning.

Under 12s stay close and have a responsible adult supervising

parkrun is a place for the whole family to enjoy!

Children under 12 are welcome to take part, but they need to stay within arm’s reach of their responsible adult throughout the event.

RESPECT

parkrun is for everyone — runners, walkers, volunteers, first timers, regulars, kids, dogs and everyone in between!

💚 Respect the course
💚 Respect the volunteers giving up their time
💚 Respect other participants’ pace and space
💚 Respect the community we share every Saturday

A smile, a “thank you”, or a bit of encouragement can make someone’s day. We’re all here for the same reason — to enjoy parkrun together!

🎤 parkrun Rule #1:

The Briefing Isn’t Just Background Noise!

We know… you’re catching up with friends, checking your watch, or trying to convince yourself that 5km is actually only “a quick jog.” 😄

But before we head off, take a minute to listen to the pre-parkrun briefing.

You’ll hear:
🏃 Any important course updates.
⚠️ Safety information.
🙌 A welcome to first timers and visitors.
🎉 Milestone celebrations.
💙 And anything else you need to know to help everyone have a safe and enjoyable morning.

It only takes a couple of minutes, but it helps make parkrun better for everyone.

So next Saturday, when the Run Director starts talking… ears on, conversations off!
