After a very tedious couple of days scraping, scrubbing, sweating and questioning our life choices…
We can officially confirm that never again will we paint a floor with a colour called “Lucifer.” 😈🔥
What started as a bright idea at the old Temple quickly turned into a full-scale exorcism.
As we prepare to lovingly hand the space back, we’ve spent the last few days removing every trace of Lucifer from the floor — a task that proved far more committed to its name than we anticipated.
The good news is that the our sense of humour remains mostly intact, and we’ve gained a deep appreciation for whoever invented paint scrapers & heat guns.
A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful community who have shown up with helping hands, tools, trailers, muscles, encouragement, ginger beer, and plenty of laughter as we navigate this transition.
This Temple has held twenty years of memories, connection, healing, tears, joy and community. As we close this chapter, we are reminded once again that the real magic was never in the building — it was always in the people.
And thankfully, unlike Lucifer, you’ll all be joining us at the new Sanctuary. ❤️😂
