Today, visitors to Cobram Regional Age Care may have been a little confused to see residents and staff joining together for Pyjama Day!

It was wonderful to see so many people getting involved, sharing smiles, laughter and plenty of fun throughout the day.

This week, we celebrated World Cupcake Day! Our talented residents got involved by helping with the icing and decorating, creating some delicious and beautifully decorated cupcakes. 🧁✨

Flanno Friday for Our Farmers
Yesterday, our staff and residents threw on their flanno’s in support of our farmers in need. 🧑‍🌾

A huge thank you to everyone who got involved and made such generous donations. Together, we managed to raise $142, which will be donated in the name of Cobram Regional Age Care to support our farmers.

The “ CRC’s got Talent” show was a fun & entertaining afternoon with residents, families and team members filling the room to watch a variety of performances. The acts included dancers, singers, a dog act and even a hypnotist all competing for the illustrious trophy and bragging rights. It turns out we’ve got so much talent in our team and who knows, maybe our very own Jerwyn could be the next big thing🎶🎶🎶

However, we're actually a team of dedicated aged care professionals who regularly complete mandatory training to stay up-to-date in our field. What you're really seeing is a group of happy team members bonding.

This week we celebrated Bastille Day with a magnifique French-themed afternoon! 🇫🇷✨

The fun began with a lively game of noodle soccer as everyone got behind France in the World Cup, bringing plenty of laughs, friendly competition, and team spirit. We then took a virtual journey through the beautiful sights of France with some armchair travel while putting our knowledge to the test with a fun-filled French trivia.

To top off the celebrations, everyone enjoyed a delicious French-inspired high tea featuring freshly baked croissants 🥐☕ .It was a wonderful afternoon of laughter, conversation, and shared experiences as we celebrated French culture together. 💙🤍❤️

This week at Cobram Regional Care, we proudly acknowledge NAIDOC Week 2026 and celebrate 50 Years of Deadly.

To mark this special milestone, our residents enjoyed painting their own boomerangs while recognising and celebrating the rich cultures, histories and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This activity was a wonderful opportunity for our residents to learn, reflect and celebrate the rich history, culture and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. 🖤💛❤️
