Tirtha Soma Holding sacred spaces for nervous system support, sovereign embodiment & Divine remembrance. 🌺

25/09/2026

A place to slow down.
A place to breathe.
A place to reconnect.
A place to just be.

My yoga classes are more than just a space to practise. It’s a safe space where you can move slowly at your own pace, receive support and guidance, and take a little time for yourself. 🌿

And maybe, over time, it can eventually drop in, and come home to yourself.

You’re always welcome to join me. 🤍

Feeling very grateful for the work I get to do. 🌿

Every class, every conversation, every person who gives themselves permission to slow down and reconnect.

I feel lucky to be part of that journey.

Thank you for letting me share the mat with you. 🤍

There are just two classes remaining this September, with a few spaces still available. 🌿

As Melbourne moves further into spring, it’s a lovely time to step out of the busyness of the week and make a little space for your body.

🌿 Thursday Evening Reset
Restorative Somatic Yoga
📍 Coburg Uniting Church
📅 17 September
🕕 6:00–7:00pm

A gentle evening practice to allow the breath to slow, soften the body and settle after the day. A little time to pause, notice what you’re carrying and give yourself permission to rest.

🌿 Sunday Morning Reset
Deep Somatic Yoga
📍 Balam Balam Place, Brunswick
📅 20 September
🕚 11:00am–12:00pm

A slightly stronger practice to awaken the body and bring a little more energy into your Sunday. We’ll explore mindful movement, longer holds, balance and breath, while remaining grounded in nervous system awareness.

In both practices, you’ll be invited to move at your own pace, listen to your body and stay curious about what you notice—rather than trying to achieve a particular shape or outcome.

Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your practice, you’re very welcome to join me. 🤍

A few spaces remain in each class. You can find the details and book your place through the link in my bio.

Where you can catch my practices 🌿

If you’ve been looking for a little space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, these are the two places where I regularly hold my Somatic Yoga practices.

An evening space to slow down, soften, and settle after the week with Restorative Somatic Yoga.

🌿 Sundays

A quiet space to begin your Sunday with Deep Somatic Yoga, mindful movement, breath and awareness.

Both spaces offer a little time away from the busyness of everyday life, to listen to your body and come back home to yourself.

Whether you’re new to Somatic Yoga or returning to your practice, you’re very welcome to join me. 🤍

Sometimes, the most supportive thing you can do is slow down. Slow down your breath and the fluctuations of your mind, and feel through your body.

Somatic yoga is an invitation to notice and feel what your body needs, without forcing, fixing, or rushing.

A little more breath.
A little more softness.
A little more space to simply be.

If your body has been asking you to slow down lately, maybe this is your reminder. 🌿

You’re more than welcome to join me on the mat.

Kinda chic when you clock off work and go straight to Somatic Yoga. 🌿

A little movement, a little breath, and some time to slow down before the evening begins.

I’ll be holding my Thursday Evening Reset (Restorative Somatic Yoga
) at Coburg Uniting Church this September:
🌿 3 September
🌿 17 September
6:00–7:00 pm

A gentle way to transition out of y our workday and into a calmer, more peaceful and restful evening.

If this sounds like something you’d enjoy, you’re warmly invited to join me. 🤍

Maybe I’m yogamaxxing 🌿

More time on the mat.
More mindful movement.
More breath.
More moments to slow down and reconnect.

If your version of self care looks like Somatic Yoga, I think you might understand. 🤍

September is here, spring has sprung and brighter days are here! It feels like a beautiful time to make a little more space for yourself. 🌿

This month, I’m offering two different practices, one to help you soften and unwind in the evening, and another to awaken the body and begin your Sunday feeling grounded.

🌿 Thursday Evening Reset
Restorative Somatic Yoga
📍 Coburg Uniting Church
📅 3 & 17 September
🕕 6:00–7:00pm

A gentle evening practice to settle the body after the day, create space to breathe, and transition from busyness into a quieter, more restful state.

🌿 Sunday Morning Reset
Deep Somatic Yoga
📍 Balam Balam Place, Brunswick
📅 6 & 20 September
🕚 11:00am–12:00pm

A slightly stronger practice, while still grounded in mindful movement, breath and nervous system awareness. We’ll explore longer holds, balance and a little more depth, without rushing or forcing the body.

What makes my somatic classes a little different is that there’s no need to rush. Each session is 60 to 75 minutes, with space for breathwork, Pranayama and meditation towards the end. Everything you need for the practice is provided, so you can simply arrive and settle in.

Both practices offer space to slow down, move with awareness, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

Each session is $26 AUD, and classes are intentionally kept small so I can offer a more personal and supportive experience for everyone.

Whether you’re new to yoga or returning after some time away, you’re very welcome to join me.

If you’ve been longing to create a little more space for yourself this September, I’d love to have you in this practice. 🤍

You can find session details and bookings through the link in my bio.

Much love,
Nanette 🌺
