Today is 18th June- Autism Pride Day a moment to recognise and celebrate neurodiversity, and the unique strengths, perspectives, and contributions of autistic people.

In disability support, real inclusion means listening, understanding, and adapting our systems around the individual, not expecting individuals to fit the system.

At ICare ALot Community, it’s about dignity, respect, patience, and walking alongside people in a way that genuinely supports their independence and wellbeing.
