I have been practicing the art of Hawaiian bodywork for over 15yrs and am an advanced kahuna bodywork L7. I have fallen in love with the style and nature of this massage. Ka Huna massage: provides a holistic approach to healing, balancing the body mind and spirit by stimulating the natura

l flow of energy within the body. Using hands forearms and elbows applying soft and deep tissue massage with long rhythmic strokes, stress and tension are released so that energy can flow freely. Lomi Lomi: An ancient style of Hawaiian massage works with opening the heart using unique flowing strokes releasing stress, tension and stimulating the flow of energy to promote healing and wellbeing. Hawaiian Hot Stones: This unique treatment combines the long rhythmic strokes of a Hawaiian style massage with the gliding of hot stones on the body. This beautiful treatment helps restore balance in the body, mind and spirit. Polynesian floor work, Zen Thai Shiatsu L1, bone & joint release techniques and Pregnancy massage also available. I also offer deep tissue and relaxation massage. i am a qualified Meditation Teacher, Chair Yoga, Qi Gong and Holistic Human Development. Courses, classes and workshops available.
