I’m down to the final requirement for my Forest Therapy certification, which means I’m hosting my very 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 this weekend!

To make it official, I need a confirmed group of 8 to 10 people, so I’m keeping the schedule wide open to see what works best for everyone.

This is a gentle, 3-hour experience where we move slowly, engage our senses, and quiet the noise of everyday life through simple, guided nature invitations. No hiking, no distance goals, just immersion.

It’s not a fast-paced hike or a nature lesson. It’s a series of gentle "invitations" to help you slow down, quiet your mind, and connect with the vibrant rainforest around you.

🌳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁: We take time to meet the ancient trees that hold this space, the beautiful forest guardians.
💧 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁: We find our own quiet "sit spots" to simply be still, listen to the creek flow, and let the busy week melt away.
🍵 𝗧𝗲𝗮 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆: We conclude every journey with a traditional tea ceremony on the grass, sharing reflections and warm tea.

With all our recent rain, the Woolgoolga Creek track is looking lush, green, and completely alive right now! It’s the perfect time to reset.

This is a little glimpse into my own practice of nature journaling and slow movement. It’s how I regulate, restore, and prepare to hold space for others.
