From months out of the gym to now feeling strong and confident in the gym!!!
This client works with me on a 1-1 basis for all her training and nutrition! Every week weâve gotten in to do a training session together.
No matter how sheâs feeling, she shows up and I push her limits for what sheâs capable of.
In this time, my client has gained significant strength, training knowledge, muscle mass and confidence in her training.
Often PT sessions arenât JUST about technique (although massively important), but also about training INTENSITY.
So many people walk out of the gym with so much missed opportunities for progressions in their lifts. Stopping 10 reps shy of what they were really capable of had they pushed themselves.
This client only has 2x full body sessions per week yet has achieved such impressive results.
