F.A.I.L.

Find Another Internal Lesson.

I like this much more than “failure.”

Because failure makes it sound final.

Like something went wrong.

Like you got it wrong.

Like you should have known better.

But what if the thing that didn’t work was not the end of the story?

What if it was information?

A reaction.

A decision.

A relationship.

A business move.

A symptom.

A pattern you swore you would never repeat.

Instead of asking:

“Why did I fail?”

Try asking:

“What is this showing me about what is still happening inside?”

That changes the conversation.

Maybe the lesson is about a boundary you keep moving.

Maybe it is about pressure you keep mistaking for ambition.

Maybe it is about needing approval before you trust your own decision.

Maybe it is an old survival response showing up in a new situation.

Maybe it is simply that what worked for an older version of you does not fit anymore.

This is where my work often begins.

Not with judgement.

Not with another lecture about what someone should have done differently.

With curiosity.

Because the person is still the expert.

I’m the translator.

And sometimes what looks like a failure from the outside is simply the moment your own system gives you another piece of information.

Find Another Internal Lesson.

Not so you can blame yourself better.

So you can understand yourself better.

And move forward with more of you in the decision next time.

F.A.C.E.

Feel.
Accept.
Communicate.
Embrace.

I love this because it sounds simple.

But actually doing it can be anything but.

We can tell ourselves to accept what happened.

We can talk about it.

Understand it intellectually.

Forgive.

Move on.

And still have a part of us that hasn’t made peace with it at all.

That is the part I’m interested in.

There’s a line I keep coming back to:

“The conflicted state of their psyche is the part that only the patient can take and find a way to make peace within their own heart and mind.”

That fits beautifully with how I work.

I’m not here to make peace for someone.

I can’t.

And I don’t want to.

The person in front of me is the expert.

My role as The Clarity Nannie is to help translate what may still be sitting underneath the conscious story.

What are you actually feeling?

What has not been accepted yet?

What was never communicated — perhaps even to yourself?

What are you still protecting yourself from?

What old story, association or pattern keeps getting pulled into the present?

That is where F.A.C.E. becomes much more than four nice words.

Feel — not what you think you should feel, but what is actually there.

Accept — not agreeing with what happened, but recognising what your own system made of it.

Communicate — giving language to what may never have had a voice.

Embrace — not pretending it was okay, but reaching a place where it no longer has to keep running the present.

Sometimes we cannot “let something go” because we haven’t yet understood what we are being asked to let go of.

That is why I don’t begin with:

“How do we fix this?”

I begin with:

“What are we actually looking at?”

Then the client gets to decide what happens next.

Because eventually, the resolution has to belong to them.

Not to me.

Not to the expert.

Not to the method.

To them.

I think many people are quietly longing to trust themselves again.

Not just through more information or protocols, but through understanding their own body, patterns, emotions and biology more deeply.

The body is constantly communicating.

Most of us were just never taught how to listen.

Your symptom is not random.

Your timing is not random.

Your flare is not random.

There was a moment.

A shock.
A humiliation.
A fear.
A loss.
A diagnosis.

Your body adapted.

The question is:
Are you still in the conflict?
Or are you in healing?

Most panic in the healing phase.

And make it worse.

Understanding phase changes everything.

That’s why precision matters.

High performers don’t burn out from workload.

They burn out from unresolved biological stress.

Pressure is not the problem.

Unresolved shock is.

Leaders often carry:
• Responsibility shocks
• Betrayal shocks
• Territory conflicts
• Isolation contracts

The body keeps score.

And when the system runs in sympathetic dominance too long,
something will surface.

Not because you’re weak.

Because biology demands balance.

I don’t coach mindset.

I decode biological load.

There’s a difference.

If you lead others,
your biology must be organised.

Performance should be a biological outcome.
Not an effort.

DM “LEADER” if you want to understand your stress pattern.

A woman came to me with jawline acne.

Both sides.
Deep.
Persistent.
No real pus.
No resolution.

She had just stepped into visibility.

Spoke up.
Delivered something she created.
Walked into a room where she was seen.

Jawline = identity.
Neck = visibility.

Her body wasn’t failing.

It was responding to expansion.

When identity expands,
the nervous system checks for safety.

Skin reacts during healing.

Most people would treat the acne.

We stabilised the identity shift instead.

Within weeks, the inflammation reduced.

Biology follows meaning.

If your symptoms appeared after you:
• Spoke up
• Set a boundary
• Left a relationship
• Took leadership
• Changed roles

There’s a pattern there.

Your body doesn’t resist growth.

It verifies safety.

This is Predictive Health Intelligence.

German New Medicine (GNM) is a biological framework developed by Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer.

It proposes that every disease begins with a biological shock.

Not a psychological concept.
A measurable event.

An unexpected, isolating, highly acute shock.

The body adapts instantly.

The brain records it.
The organ follows.

This is why symptoms often begin:
• After betrayal
• After diagnosis
• After sudden loss
• After humiliation
• After conflict

The body is not random.

It is specific.

In my work, I don’t “treat” disease.

I identify:
• The shock
• The track
• The biological program
• Whether someone is conflict-active or healing

Because timing matters.

If you understand the phase,
you stop panicking.

And when panic stops,
biology changes.

GNM is not about rejecting medicine.

It’s about understanding biology.

That’s the difference.

If you’d like a simple explanation of conflict-active vs healing phase, comment “PHASE.”

Water retention is rarely about salt.

It’s rarely about willpower.

And it’s almost never about laziness.

When the body believes it is:
• Alone
• Unsupported
• In survival
• Or facing an existence threat

It stores.

Fluid.
Weight.
Reserve.

The body is intelligent.

It stores when it doesn’t feel supported.

And it releases when safety returns.

This is why some people can diet perfectly and nothing moves.

Because the issue isn’t food.

It’s survival.

When I assess water retention, I’m not looking at calories.

I’m looking at shock timing.
Isolation tracks.
Support contracts.

If you’ve struggled with unexplained fluid retention,
there is a biological reason.

And it is not a character flaw.
