🌿🪴 Getting our hands dirty and growing our knowledge! 🪴🌿

Today, we put our gardening skills to the test as we repotted our beautiful Monstera and Peace Lily plants in our activity space! 🌱💚

Kiarra has been lovingly caring for these plants and noticed they were ready for some fresh soil and fertiliser. With the help of support worker Lisa, Kiarra rolled up her sleeves and got to work! 🪴✨

But today was about more than just repotting plants. We took the opportunity to expand our gardening knowledge by researching both plants, exploring the meanings behind their names, and learning about their individual care needs. 🌿📚

Kiarra did an amazing job, and it's wonderful to see her passion for plants continue to grow alongside her knowledge and confidence! 🌱 Her love of gardening is truly blossoming, and we can't wait to see what she learns next.

Activities like these are a beautiful way to build new skills, encourage independence, nurture personal interests, and enjoy the many benefits of connecting with nature. 💚

Complete Support & Co is looking for a bubbly, creative and friendly Support Worker to join our team in Coffs Harbour. This position is to support a female participant.

We’re looking for someone with a warm, approachable personality who loves getting out into the community, trying new things and supporting others to build confidence, independence and everyday life skills.

✨ What we’re looking for:
💗 A bubbly personality and a positive, can-do attitude
🎨 Someone creative who enjoys coming up with fun activities and new ideas
🌊 A genuine love of community access and helping people get involved in the things they enjoy
🤝 A warm, friendly and patient approach to building meaningful connections
🌱 Someone passionate about building capacity, encouraging independence and celebrating the little wins
🚗 ⛑️ A current NSW driver’s licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle, NDIS workers screening check, first aid and CPR certificate. Working with children’s check

Experience is valued, but personality and the right attitude matter just as much! Whether you’re an experienced Support Worker or looking to start a rewarding career in disability support, we’d love to hear from you.

Complete Support & Co. is welcoming expressions of interest for our lovely SIL home located in Coffs Harbour, approximately 3km from Coffs Central.

✨ This beautiful home boasts:
🏠 Large, spacious living areas
🛏️ Generous-sized bedrooms and bathrooms
🌿 A large undercover outdoor area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors

We welcome expressions of interest from participants looking for their new Supported Independent Living (SIL) home, as well as participants seeking local Short-Term Accommodation (STA) or respite.

We are also excited to share that we are very soon to be a registered NDIS provider! 🎉✨ Having successfully passed our NDIS registration audit, we are now eagerly awaiting our official registration status.

💕 On Wednesdays, we wear PINK! 💕

Some of our participants and support workers have decided to bring a little extra colour and fun to their Wednesdays ~ and we’re loving it! 💗

Susan, Kiarra, Bri and support workers Rachel and Sarah have all joined in, with everything from pink clothing and hair accessories, to colourful braids with feathers and fun pink accessories on the day. 🌸✨

It’s such a simple way to brighten up the week, express themselves and share a few laughs together. And you might even spot them all dressed in pink at Wednesday afternoon karaoke, singing along to some of their favourite songs! 🎤🎶💕

We love seeing our participants and support workers creating their own traditions, enjoying friendships and making ordinary days a little more colourful! 💕🩷

✨A little taste of culture, community and fun! ✨

Spotted Bri and Support Worker Holly enjoying a fantastic day out at the Woolgoolga Curry Festival!

They explored the variety of food vans on offer, listened to live music and enjoyed watching some traditional Indian dancing. 💃🎶

It was a great opportunity to get out and about in the local community, experience something different and enjoy plenty of social interaction along the way.

A wonderful shift filled with cultural experiences, community participation, social connections and a change of scenery! ❤️

We love seeing our participants gain confidence in the kitchen while building important everyday life skills! 💕

During Kiarra’s recent respite stay, she planned out her meals, completed her grocery shopping and did a fantastic job putting her plans into action in the kitchen. 🛒👩‍🍳

Those pesky onions had the tears starting, so Kiarra gave the sunglasses trick a go while making her delicious homemade sausage rolls! 😎🧅🥐

She even made herself a fresh honey and lemon drink to help keep a cold at bay. 🍋🍯

We love seeing you shine, Kiarra! 🌟

We are so impressed with the videography skills of Susan, Bri and Support Worker Rachel! 👏

Rachel took her GoPro along for a fun day at the pool, and Susan was an absolute natural behind the camera, capturing the experience and taking us all along for the journey. 🎬✨

It looks like a fantastic time was had in the water, with plenty of fun, laughs and great memories made along the way! 💙

🛒 A trip to Coles is always more fun with friends! 💕

Bri and Susan both had some grocery shopping to do, so they teamed up with their Support Workers and tackled the supermarket trip together!

From sharing a trolley and navigating their way around the supermarket, to independently selecting their groceries and scanning and paying for their purchases at the checkout, it was a great opportunity to practise important everyday skills while enjoying time together.

Trips like this are a fantastic way to build independence, confidence and valuable life skills — all while having fun with friends! 🛍️😊

We love seeing our participants supporting each other, enjoying their community and making everyday activities that little bit more fun! 💗
