WE’RE HIRING: Support Worker
DC Crew Support Co is looking for a legend of a human to join our team.
We have a full-time or part-time position available, with up to 40 hours per week for the right person.
We’re not just looking for someone with qualifications.

We’re looking for someone who is:
-Reliable
-Calm under pressure
-Easy to talk to
-Respectful
-Patient
-Able to have a laugh
-Willing to learn

And genuinely gives a damn
Experience in disability support is great, but who you are as a person matters just as much.

This role would suit someone who wants meaningful work, can build trust, and understands that good support starts with being a decent human first.

If this sounds like you, send us a message or apply now.
Must be reliable. Must be a legend.

So many families become the planner, the advocate, the organiser, the problem-solver, the backup plan, and the emotional shock absorber.

That is a lot.

Good support should help carry some of that weight.

Not add to it.

That means being consistent.
Communicating clearly.
Respecting routines.
Noticing what matters.
And understanding that every home has its own way of working.

At DC Crew, we care about support that makes families feel backed.

Because when the family feels supported too, everyone feels the difference.

If you would like support, we'd love to chat.

This week Amy Gray takes the stage at the Level Up Summit 2026.
For those who know Amy, you already know she doesn't do anything halfway.
She founded DC Crew Support Co because she believed NDIS participants deserved better. She founded NDIS Blackbelt™ because she believed NDIS providers deserved better.
And this week she's walking into one of the biggest rooms in the sector to say both of those things out loud.
She's presenting on retention and culture.. two of the most urgent issues facing every NDIS provider right now. The reforms are biting. The pressure is real. And staff are making quiet decisions about whether they want to stay.
It's practical. It's honest. And it works because it comes from inside a real provider business, not a textbook.
This is what it looks like when someone decides the industry deserves better and actually does something about it.
Proud of you Amy.
Go show them what's possible. 🖤

Culture.

The way people speak.
The way support feels.
The energy someone brings through the front door.

All of it is super important. Especially when you have support teams come into your home.

Let us know if you would love to have good culture in your home...

A day in support work can look like a lot of things.
Morning routines.
Community outings.
Helping someone build independence.
Sometimes it’s the small things that matter most.
Helping someone live their life the way they want to.
That’s what great support work is about.

The people around you shape the culture of your home.
Your routines.
Your peace.
Your trust.

It shouldn’t change the culture.
It should amplify it.

That’s why for us, culture is everything.

Independence looks different for everyone...
For some people it’s getting out into the community.
-A walk by the beach.
-A coffee with support.
-A trip into town.

The right support opens the door to those moments.

Here with the crew...we believe life should be enjoyed in all areas...

People see the NDIS.
They don’t see the reality families live with.
Cancelled shifts. Long nights. Trying to trust strangers in your home.
Our family lives with complex disability every day.
Over 100 hours of support every week in our own home.
We know the stress families feel when support falls through.
That’s why DC CREW exists.
Built by people who live this life too.
Real support.
Real understanding.
Real people.

We are here for you Coffs Harbour :)

Most providers think good support comes down to things like:

✔ Rosters
✔ Systems
✔ Compliance
✔ Paperwork

And yes… those things matter.

But that’s not what people actually feel.

Families and participants don’t experience support through policies.
They experience it through people.

The energy someone brings into the home.
The patience they have on hard days.
Whether they genuinely care about the person in front of them.

That’s the real difference between support that helps…
and support that slowly drains everyone involved.

Because when the culture is right, support feels calm.
It feels respectful.
It feels human.

And when it’s wrong… no roster in the world can fix it.

At DC Crew, culture isn’t a buzzword.
It’s the foundation everything else sits on.

Because in this space, culture really is everything.
