New site is working OK – it doesn’t allow at the moment (although my IT guy is working on it) – for customers to order multiple varieties of the same items - to order 2,3, or ? of the same variety just let us know in the notes on your Shopping list.

Always wanted a site with one page where customers didn’t have to tab between several pages and sometimes not tabbing to everything on offer or getting lost to where they were in the first place!!!

Each soap just under the image lets you know if it’s natural or fragrance, click on that image and you get information about that soap/item. Prices for accessories will change from time to time, when we run out and need to re-order and can get them cheaper, we will always pass on the best prices I can, hence the price may change.

Remember, having any problems with the site, all you need to do is send us a message for help.

Serendipity don't stock many "Loofah" Body Pads but we do keep a few for people that like a strong scrub every now and then. We now also stock

Did you know.....................................
The loofah plant is a natural vine-growing plant that is a member of the cucumber family. Our loofah is grown in Spain, hand harvested every season and left to dry in the sun before cut to size. It's unique ability to absorb water means it expands and becomes less coarse under water and will lather beautifully with any soap you put on it. When it expands it turns into a natural exfoliator with the perfect amount of coarseness (not too rough but not too smooth).

Update on our new look website....three things I asked for............
1/ Everything listed in alpha - done
2/ The Shopping list needs an area for order postal address - done
3/ Online customers need to be able to order in multiples - Matt working on that now and although it sounds simple to do, with the set up I now have it's time for Matt to put the thinking hat on and have a play around with what he can do so..............for now would appreciate if everyone could note in the message area if any multiples are required, had two orders yesterday afternoon and both customers did exactly this. Thank you in advance but I'm certain Matt will get it sorted.

I've just tried ordering 2 of something and it won't let me - I've emailed Matt to see what he can do so until we get it sorted, could I ask everyone that should they like multiple of a soap/product, please let me know in the message that comes with your shopping list - as some clued up customers have already done - you are beautiful people, than thank you for the heads-up. As I told Matt, I was just so excited that I could put everything together on a new site that looks so good I didn't think of ordering in multiple. Thank you lovely people.

Just remembered - until we can find another way to order the number of individual soap varieties - put them on your shopping list once, twice three times etc. I will always go through and check your list and collate it putting the soap packs together etc. When you receive your shopping list, you can also check it. Each soap or accessory is linked back to the website so you can check on what you have ordered.

Our "new look" website is now up and running - so much more user friendly. Clicking on "Lets Go Shopping" will take you to a page that has everything on it - click on a photo for a more detailed description of that product. No more clicking from tab to tab page to page for what you want (although that option is there if you want it), grab a cuppa and just scroll through everything we have - putting more on just about every week. Hope you like it.
