Seventeen years into running this little clinic of mine, I still have moments where I look at the numbers and think… wow. This is what a thousand dollars looks like.

In the photo you’ll see four remedy trays. That’s it. Four trays. That’s what $1000 gets me.

People often see the sessions, the shelves, the calm space, the remedies lined up neatly… but they don’t see the constant turn‑around underneath it all. The ordering. The restocking. The quiet, relentless flow of money out so I can keep supporting the people who walk through my door. They don’t see the hours spent sourcing, preparing, blending, labelling, updating, refining. They don’t see the admin, the behind‑the‑scenes work, the late nights, the early mornings, the emotional labour, the energetic holding.

Small business looks gentle from the outside. Inside, it’s a cycle of constant reinvestment — time, energy, money, heart.

I’ve kept this clinic going for 17 years because I love this work. I love the people who come here. I love the remedies, the transformations, the conversations, the deep shifts. I love the community that has grown around this space. But it’s not effortless. It’s not passive. It’s not “set and forget.” It’s a living, breathing thing that requires tending every single day.

So when you see those four trays, know this: that’s not just stock. That’s commitment. That’s reinvestment. That’s the backbone of a small, heart‑led business.

Intention for Building This Holistic BNI Community

My intention for creating this practitioner circle is simple and powerful:

I want to bring together a community of holistic practitioners, energetic healers, natural therapists, and conscious product makers who are ready to grow — not through competition, but through alignment, connection, and shared wisdom.

In a world overflowing with information, noise, and “shoulds,” I want this space to feel like a clearing — a place where we can refine our message, strengthen our work, and learn from one another in a way that feels grounded, authentic, and true.

— If people understood anxiety as a natural inner compass, they’d trust their instincts more than external authority.

- Fight‑or‑flight is powerful — A regulated nervous system can sense misalignment, manipulation, or pressure. That’s inconvenient for systems built on compliance.

- Self‑aware humans are harder to control — When you know your anxiety is a signal, not a defect, you stop outsourcing your power.

- Pathologising normal emotions sells solutions — If anxiety is framed as a “problem,” people look outward for fixes instead of inward for understanding.

- Disconnection keeps people manageable — A society disconnected from its own body wisdom is easier to steer. A society tuned into its instincts? Not so much.

- Intuition is a threat to rigid systems — Anxiety often shows up when something is off. If people trusted that signal, they’d question more and obey less.

- Homeopathy honours the whole human — And whole humans don’t fit neatly into boxes, labels, or standardised expectations.

I’m opening the next round of our BNI‑style practitioner meetings on Tuesday 27th May at 7:30pm, and this one is going to be beautiful. These gatherings are designed to help you refine your message, grow your work in an aligned way, and connect with others who “get it” — no competition, no comparison, just resonance, collaboration and real conversation.

We meet as a group, drop into the energy together, and then move into breakout rooms so you can actually talk, be seen, and build relationships with practitioners who feel aligned with your frequency.
