💚Meet our Pharmacist, Katharine! 💚

Kath works with us in the pharmacy every Tuesday, and three days a week she works as our Aged Care On-Site Pharmacist at The Shoreline Aged Care.

In her aged care role, Kath works alongside residents and their healthcare teams to help optimise medicines, identify potential medication-related issues and support safer, more effective medication use.

Kath also provides Home Medication Reviews (HMRs) — visiting patients in their own homes to review their medicines, identify any concerns or interactions, and help ensure their medication routine is safe, effective and easy to manage.

We absolutely love having Kath as part of our team and the expertise and care she brings to our patients. 💚
