Body doubling is a gentle, neurodivergent-friendly strategy where someone simply exists alongside you. With Focus Pals this is done virtually by video or by phone, while you tackle your to-do list.

No pressure. Just knowing someone’s there helps reduce overwhelm, ease task paralysis, and make hard things feel doable.
