My Inner World and all its Wanders Workshops
These school holidays Young Yogis brings you workshops with a focus on connecting with our inner world. When children are young, they create their own core values and self-belief systems through their environment, family and friendships.
My workshops dive deep into how can we become more compassionate and loving to ourselves. How can we quieten our self-critic? We aim for our belief systems to feel capable, worthy and full of love for ourselves.
Workshops are delivered in a FUN and ENGAGING way. Through conversations, breath-work, games, cooking, craft and meditations. Children are guided to lay foundations of self-acceptance, love and self-explorations. We aim to minimise self-judgement and celebrate how truly unique and special we are.

Wandering is the activity of the child, the passion of the genius; it is the discovery of the self, the discovery of the outside world, and the learning of how the self is both “at one with” and “separate from” the outside world. These discoveries are as fundamental to the soul as “learning to survive” is fundamental to the body. These discoveries are essential to realizing what it means to be human. To wander is to be alive.” - Roman Payne
