South West Individual Support is a disability support service providing assistance to participants and families who are eligible for support funding through the NDIS. offers flexible hours, which allows families and individuals to reach out whenever they need. South West Individual Support can assist participants from the very beginning of their NDIS process, including assistance with access applications, through to building a care team that will meet the needs of each individual. At South West Individual Support we focus on delivering high quality care by working with each participant in an open and transparent way to ensure each the goals of each individual are achieved. South West Individual Support was founded in 2021 by Fiona Balcombe, who has over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse working within the disability sector. Fiona's qualifications include a Diploma of Business and Business Management, Certificate V in Training and Assessment, Internal Auditor, OHS Trainer and Emergency Response.
