South West Individual Support is a disability support service providing assistance to participants and families who are eligible for support funding through the NDIS. At South West Individual Support we bring together a team of highly skilled professionals that pride themselves in delivering high quality care that caters to the needs of individuals and their families. South West Individual Support

offers flexible hours, which allows families and individuals to reach out whenever they need. South West Individual Support can assist participants from the very beginning of their NDIS process, including assistance with access applications, through to building a care team that will meet the needs of each individual. At South West Individual Support we focus on delivering high quality care by working with each participant in an open and transparent way to ensure each the goals of each individual are achieved. South West Individual Support was founded in 2021 by Fiona Balcombe, who has over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse working within the disability sector. Fiona's qualifications include a Diploma of Business and Business Management, Certificate V in Training and Assessment, Internal Auditor, OHS Trainer and Emergency Response. We are excited to share our schedule for the upcoming July School Holiday Programs!!

We have the under 5s group, under 12s group (primary) and over 12s (Secondary).

It should be another fun holiday program! :)

Expressions of interest do not guarantee a spot. Places are limited and subject to change. Confirmation of activities will be sent out once EOI close.

Meet Sarah! Sarah is our newest support coordinator to join our team.

Sarah will be offering support coordination services and is based in Werribee. Servicing the Werribee area and surrounding districts.

Sarah had current capacity to take on new participants and is looking forward to working with our team.

We have Capacity!
Josh, one of our lovely support coordinators based in Geelong had capacity to take on new participants.

About Josh:
Josh has strong experience across the NDIS and disability sector, Prior to this, he spent six years in the Defence Force, where he developed the discipline, reliability, and problem-solving skills he now brings into his role.

He has a solid understanding of how the NDIS works and, more importantly, how to make it work in a practical way for the people he supports.

We have Capacity! Our team of support workers has capacity at the moment to take on new participants and shifts. There is limited availability with a couple of our different workers each day of the week Monday - Friday. And we have a small number of workers with Weekend availability!

The team at South West Individual Support would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a safe and healthy New Year. Thank you for your ongoing support and working with us in 2025. We look forward to seeing you all in the New Year.

Please note that our offices will be closed over the Christmas period from 5PM on Tuesday 23 December 2025 and will re-open at 9AM on Monday 5 January 2026. If your matter is urgent, please contact our on-call service on 03 5234 0500 and a staff member will respond to you as soon as possible.

Hi All! Expressions of interest have closed for our Jan 2026 School Holiday Program. The activities have been finalised and letters and information will be sent out to parents by our office closure on Wednesday 24th of December, so look out in your emails.
Please note that there was a large amount of interest for the upcoming holidays, so your child might not have been allocated to every activity they applied for.

We had a wonderful day yesterday celebrating the start of the festive season. Thank you to all our wonderful families for coming to the SWIS Christmas party. Only 25 more days until Christmas!! We hope you all thoroughly enjoyed your day 🎄🎁
