You may have noticed Cherise has been absent from the clinic for a while. She has had a significant concussion and neck injury and is still recovering. She will be away from the clinic for the next month, and then ease back in.

Luckily, she knows some amazing physios 😉

She is being diligent in her rehab to get back to her favourite place in the clinic - the reformer - as soon as she can.

We thank those of you on her waitlist for your patience. Frances and Sonam will continue to cover her classes until she is back ❤️

She is missing the wonderful Allcare community and can't wait to see you all soon 😍

🎖Matthew Alford who quietly pops in most weeks, little apprentice by his side to fix equipment, trim hedges and rearrange heavy furniture.

🎖 Mark Riley who is often spotted around the clinic with his mini helpers nailing signs, pressure washing, even delivering heavy items to clients.

️ We think these kids are pretty lucky to have leaders teaching them lifeskills and strong work ethic

🎖Glenn Garner who proves you never stop being a dad and is always available to paint a wall, hang a frame, conduct an audit and generously share his leadership knowledge and expertise
